This high profile Department Store is seeking a Deputy Store Manager
for Dubai.
Responsibilities will be for achieving the financial turnover and
management of the business growth. Implementation of the annual
business plans and monitoring performance.Overseeing aspects of store
operations administration and finance. Ensuring effective use of store
space to optimize profits. Plan and agree on special events ,promotions
and marketing. Provide reports and analysis to the store manager on
business progression. Manage the training development and motivation of
staff.
This highly responsible position will suit a person with a sound retail
background and a proven track record of managing large scale operations.
