Luxury Home Merchandise This is a great opportunity to manage a number of stand alone stores plus internal concessions all luxury and designer focused home products from furniture to soft furnishings. You will contribute to the sales plans for the brands and look at the best measures to achieve sales targets. Monitor the sales figures on the sales forecasts. Ensure high standards of customer service within the stores. Regular reviews of operational standards. Co-ordination of the visual merchandising team. Organisation of promotional and marketing activities. Preparation of sales analysis and competitor analysis Action plans for new store opening. Optimization of staffing levels and the responsibility of ensuring appropriate training and development of staff. A sound retail background within the luxury home furniture/home furnishings sector is required along with the experience of managing either a significant store or department. Excellent people management and leadership skills are key.
