One of the UK’s largest Accessories suppliers is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant within there well established successful team. This role will encompass a range of skills and capabilities. You will work alongside legal advisors to communicate correctly to managers and outsourced agents, as well as dealing with any employee related issues. A good understanding of HR procedures is essential but you do not have to have a HR qualification.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have come from a senior PA/Administration background with at least 5-10 years experience. You will have strong people management skills, and be able to work effectively and efficiently being able to adapt your skills where needed. Good salary and benefits apply.

• Producing training materials and evaluating training and development programmes

The position will require the person to implement plans for new employee induction at all levels and to follow up the progression of new recruits and identify training needs.
Facilitate performance management processes.
Implement HR Policies and procedures and contribute to further refinement and development of the same.
Assist with staff grievances and disciplinary issues and provide appropriate guidance to line managers for satisfactory resolution.
Maintain and update HR information and initiatives.
The ideal person will have relevant HR qualifications and will also have previous experience of working within the Middle East.
Previous HR experience within a retail environment will be beneficial.
Good IT skills are required
The company offer a very attractive tax free salary which is the equivalent to a Uk salary in the region of £50-£60000 gross
