Our client is a luxury British brand of men's and women's clothing and accessories with stores both in the UK and worldwide. Head office in London, have a current opening for a senior HR advisor to join their friendly team and seek and experienced individual with a passion for their work.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage, motivate and develop your team whilst providing support to both the director and other key functions. You will provide up to date information on employment law and conditions and manage employee relations across the business. Oversee payroll for the UK, Paris and Ireland and manage salary and bonus reviews in line with the current market. Ensure that staff development, training and appraisal functions are executed to a high standard and that all data and records are kept up to date.
To apply for the role you will currently be working in a HR function with a CIPD qualification and have a background in fashion retail or hospitality. You will have a sound knowledge of UK employment law and strong analytical ability. You will poses excellent communication skills both oral and written, with a natural ability to nurture and coach where applicable. You will be a team player, with a bright a professional personality and appearance.
