Responsibilities will include the preparation of annual budgets with well defined sales and profitability targets. Presenting to board directors within the major retailers and further enhancing the business relationships.

Motivation and development of the employees. You will oversee a Design office in London and as well as the sales and marketing office in Istanbul and ensure that the Factory Manager is fully versed with customer requirements.
A strong commercial background is required which will need to have incorporated sales and marketing experience. An appreciation of the methods of garment production is also essential. Previous experience of taking Profit and Loss responsibility is essential along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills . A charismatic personality and presence will also be advantageous and if you have a knowledge of additional European languages all the better.
