Established ladies footwear boutique is looking for a Cluster Manager to join their team. The role will involve full cluster management of 4 other stores but you will be based for 4 days of the week in the London store. Responsibilities will include: You will deliver the best customer service by supporting, motivating and developing a passionate sales team Achieving sales and profit targets by maximizing the potential of available resources and maintaining standards Have leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work Ensure company procedures are adhered to at all times Have planning, organizing and coaching skills Communicate effectively at all levels Manage stock A background in fashion retail especially ladies footwear and accessories is desirable. This is a fun and creative environment and the client is looking for an inspirational individual.
