Visual Merchandise Manager
Based: Kuwait, Middle East

Our client are an established retail fashion group in the Middle East and they are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join their expanding team. The role will be based in Kuwait and some travel within the Gulf area will be necessary. You will be merchandising two exciting luxury womenswear brands and work closely with another VMM.
Responsibilities include:
Contribute to the profitability of the store through merchandising, replenishment and inventory control effort
Ensuring that the brands identities and presentation standards are maintained
Create visual solutions that are commercial
Ensure that housekeeping and excellent customer service are adhered to at all times
Involvement in new store openings
Train and coach store sales team to understand the brands visual guide lines
Merchandise store layouts and windows
Implement merchandising guide lines
Conduct daily and weekly floor walks
Work closely with buyers
The ideal candidate will be commercial and possess excellent organizational skills as well as planning, project and time management and be able to communicate at all levels.
A background in Womens luxury fashion is a must.
